7. How many jobs do you take on at a time?

In order to provide the highest level of service and quality to our customers, we limit the number of jobs we take on at one time to 5. We have found over the years that when people get over extended, everyone loses.

8. What towns do you work in?

We work in a very tight radius centered in Portola Valley, where our office is located. All of our work is done in Woodside, Atherton, Portola Valley, Palo Alto and Los Altos Hills. By staying in a small area, we are able to spend more time on your job rather than on the road.

9. What size homes and projects do you do?

Our homes have ranged in size between 5,000 and 24,000 square feet. We have successfully built and managed projects from $3 million to $25 million.

10. How do you control the job?

Each job has it's own superintendent that is on the job everyday from the start of the project to the finish. Working with him is the job foreman who runs the carpentry crews and the project manager who controls costs and coordinates information between the architect and the job.
