3. Do you do remodels and additions?

In a word, No. We only build custom homes from the ground up.

4. How long have you been in business?

Tincher Construction Company, Inc. became licensed on June 2, 1982 so we are in our 25th year.

5. How many employees do you have?

We currently employ 15 people. We have four people in the office and the balance are superintendents, carpenters and laborers.

6. What part of the job does Tincher Construction do?

We generally manage the whole project including the site work, which can include pools, tennis courts, landscaping, driveways, lighting etc. We feel it's better to have one company responsible for everything in order to provide the owner with the best service.

In addition to the project management we do all of the finish carpentry work such as installing windows and doors, installing cabinets, paneling, moldings, interior and exterior trim etc. We subcontract out the typical trades such as electrical, plumbing, sheet metal etc.
